Shipping
Every Climb Prints piece is made to order, so there are two stages between your order and your wall: production, then delivery. This page explains how each works and roughly how long to expect.
Production first
Because nothing is held in stock, your print is produced only after your order is confirmed. Production is carried out by our European print partner, who prints, checks and packs each piece before it is handed to the carrier. This step protects the quality of the final result and usually takes a few working days.
How long delivery takes
Once production is complete, delivery across the EU typically takes 3 to 7 business days. The exact time depends on your country and the local carrier. Remote areas can occasionally take a little longer, and busy periods may add a day or two.

Packaging
Prints are packed to travel safely, protected against bending and moisture so they arrive in the same condition they left the studio.
Where we deliver
We currently focus on delivery within the European Union. If your address sits outside our standard delivery area, get in touch before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.
Tracking and questions
You will receive updates by email as your order moves through production and dispatch. If a delivery is running noticeably behind these timeframes, or you have any question about the status of your parcel, email hello@climbprints.com and we will look into it.
